Bei einem forensischen Vergleich allein des Neuen Testaments zwischen der von Hieronymus geschaffenen Vulgata und der Sinaiticus-Bibel (mit ziemlicher Sicherheit ein Original der offiziellen Konstantin-Nicäischen [Bibel](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/bibel/)) wurden ungefähr 14.800 redaktionelle Änderungen entdeckt.

Chr. angegeben, dass [Jesus](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/jesus/) von einer Jungfrau geboren wurde.
