2\. Der Vorsitzende von Peter hat die höchste [Autorität](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/autoritaet/) über alle [Kirchen](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/kirchen/) in der Welt.  
3\. Es soll in allem, was den Dienst Gottes und den christlichen Glauben betrifft, ein Richter [sein](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/sein/).  
4\. Darüber hinaus wurde dieses gefälschte Dokument Karl dem Großen nach der Schenkung seines Landes im Jahre 774 durch seinen Vater ausgehändigt, mit dem Vorsatz, die Sicherheit dieses Landes und anderer erworbener Güter zu sichern, nachdem er das gefälschte Dokument von St. Peter betrogen hatte von Karl dem Großen. Dass dieses Dokument dann 774 Karl dem Großen von [Papst](http://cloud-zma.gleeze.com/catholicencyclopedia/glossary/papst/) Adrian I. vorgelegt wurde, der seine Echtheit behauptete.
