# Verfolgung durch Stimmen über Funkwellen

**Der nationalsozialistische Staatsrechtler Carl Schmitt fühlte sich bereits Anfang der achtziger Jahre in der von den Alliierten beherrschten BRD von Stimmen verfolgt, die ihn über Funkwellen erreichten.** Laut FAZ sah er sich deswegen veranlasst, „seinen berühmten Satz der Souveränität umzuschreiben: ,Nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg habe ich gesagt: Souverän ist, wer über den Ausnahmezustand entscheidet. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, angesichts meines Todes, sage ich jetzt: Souverän ist, wer über die Wellen des Raumes verfügt.‘ **Wer mithilfe von elektromagnetischen Wellen in jeden Raum eindringen und deren Bewohner beeinflussen kann, hat die wahre Macht und Souveränität. Das elektromagnetische Medium bringt eine neue Souveränität hervor**.“
